Job Title:  STAGE PROCESS ENGINEERING/DIGITALIZATION

For our chemical Plant in Aprilia,  We are looking for a recent graduate in Management, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering to join our team as a Process Engineering – Digital Modeling Intern.

The selected candidate will support the Engineering team with the aim of developing digital models that contribute to the optimization and standardization of the plant’s production processes.

Using software and digital tools already available within the company, the intern will assist in the creation, updating, and validation of operational and simulation models, actively contributing to the implementation of process digitalization initiatives.

Main Responsibilities

• Analyze production, logistical, and documentation processes to identify key elements to be digitalized or modeled.
• Develop digital process models using dedicated company software.
• Support the team in collecting and analyzing technical data required for model development.
• Participate in project meetings and contribute with improvement proposals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (completed or in progress) in Management, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering.
• Strong interest in production processes and digitalization.
• Good knowledge of Excel and data analysis tools; familiarity with modeling tools or simulation software is a plus.
• Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and problem-solving orientation.
• Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
