Job Title: REGIONAL ACCESS MANAGER

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
ECOSYSTEM KNOWLEDGE
- Build, develop and maintain relationships with institutional and technical Regional & Local stakeholders (key decision-makers), regional and local associations to strengthen Company's partnership
- Ensure the analysis of regional and local health and pharmaceutical governance by capturing its orientations, sensitivity and economic policy guidelines on burden of disease
- Seek the overall vision of the regional and local regulatory system to support products and govern external complexity and internal expectations
- Develop constant intelligence to intercept the health policy choices of regional and local authorities and to analyze their impacts on the products being launched and / or in the portfolio
STRATEGIC ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
- Support Angelini field integration, seeking a constant alignment with the other field roles (Account Specialist; Medical Scientific Liaison) and sharing opportunities and threat management
- Develop ideas and projects, constantly seeking alignment with the company strategy and with regional and local needs
- Promote access and accounting initiatives in line with the insights acquired and validated
ACCESS & ACCOUNTING
- Promote access to new drugs and products of the Company pipeline through awareness activities, the implementation of access plans, the preparation of regional dossiers and the supervision of regional / local HTA choices
- Defend and / or work to support the correct place in therapy of drugs in the market, analyzing and overseeing the choice of health and pharmaceutical policy made by regional and local authorities
- Support the value of Angelini solutions and the right of patients to access the best available therapies, bringing corporate content of pharmacoeconomics, HTA and RWE / D to target payers
- Ensure constant support to the Company Business, contributing to launch plans, monitoring of purchasing processes, definition of rationale for tenders participation, as well as their management and the development of the most favorable commercial conditions
- Analyze the choices of distribution policy of the regional authorities
In particular, he / she will be involved in:
Carrying out the regional access activities in the assigned working area, being responsible for all Angelini portfolio, reporting directly to the Access & Value Head.
EDUCATION: Scientific / Economic Degree
LINGUISTIC SKILLS: Good in English
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 5 years of commercial experience in Prescription Medicine and specialties care (e.g. Field Management, Product Management, Access & Regulatory Management, …)
- Advanced patient journey awareness to develop compelling, end to end patient propositions in his / her Stakeholders relationships
- Good understanding of burden of disease to sustain Angelini’s solutions for patient quality of life
- Strong organizing and planning skills, to plan the actions and resources available based on the goals to be achieved
- Robust cross functional collaboration attitude, to ensure effective cross functional engagement and generate innovative ways of working to drive business results
- Ability to define local cross-functional business plan to accelerate regional & local access and guarantee the most effective place in therapy for medications in our portfolio
- Ability to design business presentation also through a proficient use of excel and power point
- Ability to read scientific papers and business presentations also in English
- Availability to frequent business trip and to manage a multiregional territory
- Residence in the defined work area, with preference for Piemonte
