MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Driving sales growth and business acceleration: 

    • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and drive sustainable business growth within assigned accounts/territories.
    • Identify new business opportunities and expand product penetration across key healthcare stakeholders (hospitals, clinics, pharmacies).
    • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
    • Deliver on revenue, volume, and profitability targets aligned with organizational objectives.

Managing key therapeutic area accounts, in a complex multi-regional environment:

    • Guaranteeing an adequate promotional effort, according to Company’s expectations
    • Navigating through hospitals and referral networks, mapping relevant stakeholders within each Account
    • Outlining overall Account needs as well as individual stakeholder needs
    • Making Account plan for each account managed, to assure appropriate use of Angelini’s products and demand
    • Support market access related activities in accordance with the segregation of duties model
    • Working closely with key therapeutic area Accounts, identifying opportunities for partnership programs

Developing relationships with relevant Stakeholders:

    • Representing Angelini as a Company towards the various relevant professional stakeholders within the therapeutic area space and establish Angelini’s commitment in medical treatment
    • Building relationships with all relevant stakeholders within defined territory through regular ongoing interactions, in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements
    • Leverage all available channels (traditional and digital) ensuring a full multichannel orchestration, tailored on customer’s needs

Cross collaboration

    • Working closely with Medical, Marketing, Access, and other personnel to enhance physician scientific medical education & training on Angelini’s products
    • Supporting internal cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of the Account plan
    • Integrating insights from other field roles to co-create projects and solutions, improving impact of activities on managed Account
    • Sharing strategies regarding the progress of the above mentioned activities, in internal cross-functional teams

EDUCATION

Scientific Degree (as per L. 219/2017)

LINGUISTIC SKILLS: Italian mother tongue

OTHER REQUIREMENTS: 

  • Previous experience, of at least 5 years of specialty, as Sales Rep (Hospital / Account Management experience is mandatory)
  • Place of residence required: Toscana - Umbria
  • Can do attitude and proactive problem-solving skills
  • Noticeable learning agility, to deepen knowledge on new therapeutic areas, to be able to communicate effectively with the relevant stakeholders
  • Excellent in business acumen, to develop and implement plans to maximize performance and achieve short- and long-term results
  • Advanced patient centric mindset to develop compelling, end to end patient propositions in his / her Stakeholders relationships
  • Strong organizing and planning skills to carefully plan the actions and resources available based on the goals to be achieved
  • Robust cross functional collaboration attitude, to ensure effective cross functional engagement and generate innovative ways of working to drive business results
  • Ability to read scientific papers and business presentations also in English
  • Ability to gather, rationalise, use customer/account insights to develop/execute product value proposition with confidence to clinical customers & drive business plan
  • Ability to convert clinical data into patient/customer ‘emotional’ benefits
  • Ability to shape the brand - successfully promote the benefits of the brand (using fair balance messages and the appropriate mix of promotional tools) perceived to be different and will satisfy unmet needs
  • Ability to drive sales performance and ensure sales forecasts meet or exceed expectations while managing assigned budgets
  • Ability to design and implement business presentation, also through a proficient use of excel and power point

Initial Salary: 53.600 €
