Angelini Pharma is seeking a Global CRM & Customer Engagement Ecosystem Adoption & Value Manager to lead the global adoption, implementation, and value realization of its Next-Generation CRM & Customer Engagement Ecosystem. This strategic role will drive the transformation from legacy CRM platforms to the Veeva ecosystem, ensuring business readiness, user engagement, operational excellence, and measurable business impact across global and local markets.

 

 

Key Responsibilities

In this role you  will lead the effective adoption and coordinated implementation of the Next-Gen Customer Relationship Management (CRM) & Customer Engagement Ecosystem (CEE) powered by Veeva Vault CRM Suite, Veeva Engage, Campaign Manager, PromoMats, CLM, Approved Mail, Mass Email, websites and AI-powered capabilities across global and local teams, while ensuring continuity and value generation from the current SAP CRM platform (CH business).

You will be the primary implementation support partner, leading structured change management, adoption and enablement initiatives, to accelerate CRM & CEE transformation programs.

Coordinate the phased rollout of the Veeva ecosystem, the parallel run and decommissioning of legacy systems, and serve as the company’s key point of reference for all CRM and CEE transformation initiatives.

 

As Global CRM & Customer Engagement Ecosystem Adoption & Value Manager, you will:

 

  • Lead end-to-end implementation support for the Veeva Vault CRM program across Angelini organization: coordinating readiness assessments, go-live planning, hypercare support and post-launch stabilization in close partnership with Business Operations Sr Managers.
  • Act as the business owner of the CRM & CEE transformation programs, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technology implementation.
  • Drive digital transformation to enhance customer experience, accelerate business growth, and improve operational efficiency.
  • Ensure SAP CRM continuity and optimization for the CH business, ensuring operational stability, user support and future enhancements across CRM & CEE environments.
  • Define, track and report adoption KPIs: platform usage rates, call recording compliance, data quality scores, PromoMats/MLR cycle time, Campaign Manager activation rate, omnichannel channel mix, and AI feature uptake, providing dashboards to senior leadership.
  • Drive value extraction initiatives: identify and scale affiliate best practices that leverage CRM, content, campaign, and journey AI capabilities to improve HCP engagement quality, effectiveness, and commercial ROI.
  • Partner with CommOps&Ex, I&D, Medical, Franchise, Legal & Compliance teams to align adoption and implementation programs with global and local brands objectives, MLR requirements, consent management frameworks, GDPR, and commercial priorities.

 

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree preferred in Business, Marketing, Digital transformation, Life Sciences, or related disciplines.
  • 5+ years in CRM, customer engagement, commercial excellence, or digital transformation in pharmaceuticals or life sciences.
  • Strategic vision combined with a hands-on approach with Veeva CRM/Vault CRM or equivalent pharma CRM platforms.
  • Proven experience building and scaling digital capability across global commercial organizations in complex, multi-market environments.
  • Strong understanding of field force automation & excellence, marketing automation processes, and pharma compliance requirements (MLR, GDPR).
  • Data-driven mindset: experienced in defining adoption KPIs, building reports/dashboards, and translating usage data into commercial improvement plans.
  • Experience building communities of practice and champion networks in matrix, multi-affiliate organizations. Management of cross-functional projects involving internal teams and external partners. 
  • Fluency in English

 

The salary for this role starts from €53,600 gross per year, depending on experience and location. The offer is determined based on gender-neutral criteria, including relevant skills, competencies, and experience.
