Job Description: 

The Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Specialist will play a key role in attracting and hiring highly specialized scientific and technical talent, directly supporting Angelini Pharma’s R&D and innovation priorities.
You will act as a trusted partner to R&D leaders, combining deep sourcing expertise with a strong understanding of scientific talent markets, while contributing to strengthening our employer positioning within the pharmaceutical and research community.

Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition: 
o    Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for R&D, scientific, regulatory, and technical roles
o    Partner closely with Hiring Managers to translate scientific and pipeline needs into targeted sourcing strategies
o    Conduct proactive market mapping and direct search within the pharma, biotech and academic ecosystem
o    Build long-term talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill scientific capabilities
o    Provide data-driven insights on talent availability, competitiveness and hiring trends
Employer Branding: 
o    Contribute to the development of a differentiated Employer Value Proposition for scientific and R&D talent
o    Support targeted employer branding initiatives within scientific communities and universities
o    Collaborate with Communications to showcase research projects, innovation and impact
o    Participate in scientific events and academic partnerships to strengthen Angelini Pharma’s presence in key talent markets

Requirements:
•    Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, Life Sciences, or related fields
•    3–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition within the pharmaceutical industry or in a recruitment agency/headhunting firm, preferably with exposure to pharma clients
•    Strong experience in recruiting R&D, scientific, or highly specialized technical profiles
•    Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (direct search, LinkedIn Recruiter, talent mapping)
•    Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
•    Data-driven mindset with experience tracking recruitment metrics
•    Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
