Role Description

The selected candidate will join the Supply Chain team and support administrative and operational activities related to order management and procurement flows.
This internship offers a valuable learning opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to supply chain business processes and to develop operational skills using structured management systems such as SAP.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receiving, reviewing, and entering customer and/or supplier orders through company systems
  • Issuing purchase and sales orders in SAP and monitoring their progress
  • Supporting administrative activities related to supply chain management
  • Verifying data accuracy and updating master data records
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders (Procurement, Logistics, Finance, Sales)
  • Interfacing with external stakeholders (suppliers, logistics partners)
  • Supporting reporting activities and operational data analysis

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Management, or related fields
  • Strong interest in supply chain and operations processes
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Basic (theoretical or academic) knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems is a plus
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken
