Job Title: COMMERCIAL FINANCIAL SENIOR ANALYST

We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Commercial Finance Analyst / Controller to join our team. This role is critical in providing financial insights, supporting strategic decision-making, and driving business performance. The ideal candidate will combine strong financial acumen with excellent communication skills to collaborate across departments and help achieve organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to support decision-making in commercial and operational areas.
- Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial plans for the business unit.
- Evaluate business performance, track key financial metrics, and provide variance analysis with actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to assess the financial impact of strategic initiatives and business opportunities.
- Conduct profitability analyses for products, services, and customer segments.
- Assist in preparing financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, corporate policies, and internal controls.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes in collaboration with the finance team.
- Drive continuous improvement of financial processes and tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Participate in ad-hoc financial projects and provide support for business cases and investment appraisals.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master’s degree or professional certification, such as ACCA, CIMA, or CPA, is a plus).
- Proven experience of minimum 5 years in a similar role, preferably in a commercial or business-oriented finance environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or equivalent).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively partner with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics.
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken); knowledge of other languages is a plus.

The salary for this role starts from €46,000 gross per year, depending on experience and location. The offer is determined based on gender-neutral criteria, including relevant skills, competencies, and experience.
